The process is straightforward: you describe the piece, I give you a quote and a timeline, you pay half to get started, and the rest when it ships. Lead times vary depending on what you're asking for — anywhere from a few weeks for a modified existing design to several months for something entirely new. All of it is built to order, so you're not paying for inventory sitting on a shelf.
